An alarmingly refreshing and creamy rosé, made of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Boasting a rich red fruit profile of fresh raspberry and cranbrerry, plus a hint of menthol, backed up by a gloriously mouth watering citrus finish, with a tickle of spice. Named after an early Iron Age hillfort that was one of the first settlements in the area.
